Analyses of the Problem about Joining the Communist Party of China in the Young Teachers at College

This article integrates the present conditions with the construction of the Communist Party of China at colleges.The author analyses and ponders the present situation that the young teachers keep a little enthusiasm for joining the Communist Party of China at colleges.Finally the article puts forward the way to deal with the situation.That is to further emancipate the mind,break through the shackle of "Left-trend" customs,strengthen the ideological and political work,improve the young teachers' zeal to jon the Communist Party of China,and open up a new prospect of the work that the colleges train'and admit new Communist Party of China members in the young teachers.
