University Governance Theory and the Counter-measures of the Chinese University Governance

University governance means mobilizing various groups related to university benefit to push forward the common goal of the university,by sharing the authority,responsibility and benefits.Now,some problems seriously prohibiting university development exist in our university management systems,which appeal for the reform under the structure of university governance.Thus,we must grant universities corporation position,perfect president selection mechanism,expand academic power and encourage social forces to participate university affairs.Only through these ways can we realize the goal of building the first-rate world level university.
