A Discussion on the Leading Role and the Subject Role During the College Curriculum Construction

Curriculum construction is the basic construction of teaching.This paper describes the respective functions of school's teaching administrative department and school departments and specialties during the college curriculum construction.The teaching administrative department plays a leading role,and the teaching departments play subject roles as implementers of curriculum construction.The former embodies its leading role through a series of leading work.While the latter is the foundation of implementation,which reflects its subject role through implementing curriculum construction that takes teachers' construction and courses reform as main content.
