Comment on the Whole-process Supervision for the Construction of Colleges and Universities

As a result of expanded enrollment of students,the land cannot meet the needs of colleges and universities.So they substantially increase the investment on new schoolhouses or new campus.In the course of construction,it is an important means to supervise it,which can reduce the cost of construction and improve the benefit of educational funds.From the view of managing the cost of construction,this article analyzes the main points of the whole-process supervision for the construction of colleges and universities and then introduces experience of beneficial attempt to the whole-process supervision for constructing new campus.
