On the Work Style Construction of CCP

In the Fifth Plenary Session of the 15th Central Committee of CCP. General Secretary, Mr.Jiang Zeming emphatically explained the problem of the work style construction of CCP,pointing out that "the party's work style construction problem is also a problem of her image" and that "work style problem should never be belittled". The eighty-year history of CCP proves that CCP is always a party highly valuing work style construction and she successfully fulfilled yan'an Rectification Movement,forming a good work style with" the three great work styles" as its reprezentative. The party's three cores of leadership,Mao zedong,DENG Xiao ping and Jiang Zeming all paid the greatest attetion to the work style sonstruction. Their theories in such field in different historical periods correctly guided t he practice of t he party's work style construction,making the party's work style construction,ideology construcion,organization construction combined to be a good tradition and political advantagfe on the part of CCP. In the new century,with both the domestic and international situations changing quickly and with the task shouldered by the party becoming heavier and hearier,newer and much higher standards are required of t he party's work style construction. This article points out that only by going about six foundamental directions can we practically do well in the work style construction,thus raising such construction to a new level.
