Putting knowledge management into practice to upgrade the core competence of small-and-medium-size enterprises in the less developed regions

The thesis analyzes the condition of the lack of the core competence of the small-and-medium-sized enterprises in the less developed regions,through making research into the typical cases,pointing out that the basic reason for the lack of the core competence is slow knowledge accumulation caused by insufficient knowledge transition and sharing (especially recessive knowledge and enterprises' exterior knowledge).To upgrade enterprises' core competence,the thesis suggests that enterprises should bring the knowledge management into effect by making the main problem clear and protroding the key points according to the reality.
