New mechanisms and means of the Party’s building in the non-government enterprises
Influenced by the enterprises' nature, the elite effect and the mobility of the Party members, the Party's building in the non-government enterprises shows particularity. Therefore, the Party's building must be innovated in management mode and leadership mechanism, including the innovation of organization mechanism, work mechanism and formulation mechanism.
