A Survey Report of the Faculty’s Ideals and Believe

In order to have a good education in the faculy's ideals and belie,a Survey was made to 100 non Party members of the faculty.The Survey Shows that the main trend of their ideals and beliefs are favorable,but there exist some problems that some of them waver from their ideals,lack in their confidence and beliefs.One of the reasons is the international influence from the former Russia's dramatic changes.Another is the influence from domestic factors.Based on 4 aspects——foundation,basis.crux and criticism,the Survey report puts forward the Strategies to improve the education of the faculty's ideals and beliefs.
