New Study on the Nature of Pro Discretionary Right——the View-angle of Two Styles
There are two different models of pro discretionary right:Continental law with judicial power as the core and Anglo-American law with the right of action as the core.Our current systems adopt the former.In order to accommodate the development of international criminal justice trends,it is necessary to reform our current systems and expand the pro discretionary right.
