Reflection on the Introduction of Incorruptible Culture into the Universities and Colleges in the New Situation

The national strength and the people's living level have been improved dramatically since the initiation of reform and opening-up.However,the growing corruption issues have also been spread to every corner of the society,including colleges and universities.To eliminate corruption,we should find out the causes and sovle the problems.One of the missions and functions of the universities is to inheritate,research,integrate and create culture.Therefore,the introduction of incorruptible culture into the university campus can be strategically integrated into the university culture education and the policy establishment,which brings the training of honest and just healthy people into the mission of training talents.As a result,not only the universities and colleges can achieve the healthy and sustainable development,the just and honest culture concept would also be formed among whole society,which in turn,build up a powerful social common perception and discipline rules to fulfill the purpose of eliminating corruption and promoting the healthy development of the society.This essay is written to search for an effective way to introduce the incorruptible culture into the colleges and universities based on the analysis of the current corruption situation in the universities,and to give some guidance to the introduction activities of incorruptible culture.
