    Abstract
  • The new industrialization is characterized by the high-efficiency and intensive economic growth pattern based on intelligence and knowledge.The excellent human resources are the power source for the development of the economy and education is the fundamental driving force for the sustainable economic development.With the support of education,the open development pattern of human resources combining just efficiency,multiple model and education production and research is established to meet the requirements of new industrialization for the quality of labour force and adjustment of structure.
