Reflections on the Cultivation and Orientation of National defence Students in the Past Ten Years and the Relevant Issues

Although we have developed the cause of cultivating national defence students for ten years and gained remarkable achievements,we now face the new task of deeply carrying out the strategic project on cultivating military talents as well as an unfamiliar situation deriving from the structural changes in recruiting military cadres.In order to make the cultivation work for national defence students more effective,we should scientifically strengthen our top design,define our goals and intentions,ascertain the training orientation,synchronize efforts from military forces and civilian society,and establish a supporting system to meet our requirements.Thus, we can solidly move forward the training and cultivating cause in a practical and innovative way,and at the same time meet the pressing needs of bringing up military talents with high quality through combined efforts.
