Foreign Language and Foreign Culture Study

This paper sets out to discuss the issue of learning foreign language and learning foreign culture,based on analysis of the relationship between language and culture,and of their learning process and outcomes.The authors hold the point that understanding these is a prerequisite of implementing foreign language learning with culture education and of researching in these aspects.
