Role of Specialty Course Test in Quality Education

In the presented paper,a new examination method was discussed,which consisted of combination of open and close exam,and report of review for recent approach on a particular topic.After four years investigation it was verified to be helpful to promote student's ability of creativeness,analysis and knowledge renewed by themselves. Furthermore the students can actively develop their quality during his/her specialty course study.
