Optimization Strategies of Entrepreneurial Capital Development of University Student Based on The Mechanism Design Theory

There are three deficiencies about the effectiveness of mechanism design of university students' entrepreneurial capital viewing from the Mechanism Design Theory.And low degree of the total amount,low-level and inferior quality come later for the deficiency of feasibility,participation and compatible incentive.We can improve standards of entrepreneurial capital development of university student extremely based on the three key factors about the effectiveness of mechanism design in two respects.On the one hand,we can improve the capacity,enthusiasm and effort extent of university on entrepreneurial capital development through providing financing for entrepreneurial education,formulating favorable policies and strengthening monitoring of entrepreneurial education quality;on the other hand,we can improve the potential,enthusiasm and effort extent of university student on entrepreneurial capital development by shifting higher education model,reforming education management system and examining in light of scientific assessment system.
