The future civil law should help other organizations set up their principal civil status
This article analyzes the weaknesses of the current civil law which fails to help other organizations establish their principal civil status. From the historical trend and personality theory, the author suggests that the future civil law should help other organizations set up their principal civil status so that the system of principal civil status will be perfected.
