Study on the Territorial Jurisdictions over the On-line Civil Right Infringement Cases

The article makes a detailed analysis on the nature and characteristics of the increasing on-line civil right infringement cases and explains theories concerning on the jurisdictions of the relevant cases. Due to the fact that laws on the on-line civil right in-fringements cases have not yet been enacted in China and the interp retation made by the supreme court is insufficient, the author puts forward proposals on judicatory practices and legislation of the territorial jurisdictions over on-line civil right infringement cases.
