The Emergence of Domestic Enterprise' “Labor Shortage” and Countermeasures

At present, enterprises' "labor shortage" phenomenon is highlighted with each passing day. Enterprises face enormous market pressure. This paper analyzes the reasons of the labor shortage from the perspective of supply and demand, and puts forward some countermeasures from the angle of human resource training.
