Mode analysis and forecast of cross-border M & A of China’s listed companies
In this thesis, the authors summarize the existing modes of cross-border MA(Mergers Acquisition) of China's listed companies such as purchasing non-floatable shares according to agreements. Then the authors forecast the potential modes which perhaps will be adopted by the foreign capital in the near future.
