  • The independent Institutes newly emerge in the development of higher education system,how to correctly understand the Independent Institutes and what is their future? Based on Several Suggestions,this paper focuses on "Independence" of the Independent Institutes from the perspective of the national policy,their own problems as well as the fair principle,and tries to offer some suggestions.
