The Work and Experience of the Labor Inspection in the Soviet Period

In the Soviet period, the CPC Central Committee and the Soviet regimes of all levels established the labor inspection's administrative body, clearly stipulated the scope of labor inspection, and did the key work of labor inspection. Because of the prevalence of the "Leftist" erroneous ideas, the requirements of the labor inspection in the Soviet area was too high, the way was inappropriate and the power was too great, which had a negative impact on the economic development and social relations in the Soviet area. Experience shows that the labor inspection should be based on reality and developed steadily and that according to law, it is executed flexibly and pursue harmony to increase production.
