School-management practice and its enlightenment in South-west Allied University

In this paper, the progress of school-management in South-west Allied University has been briefly reviewed, and the school-management practice experimented by South-west Allied University is summarized in fours aspects. Four enlightenments achieved as to how to well manage school are offered in this article, which are advanced idea of school-management, excellent teaching staff, scientific management mode, as well as prestigious head of school.
