    Abstract
  • Pretrial preparatory procedure is stipulated in the civil procedure law of many countries, but there is not a special pretrial preparatory procedure in civil procedure law of China.The author alleges that a special pretrial preparatory procedure should be stipulated in civil procedure law of China, in which there is a reasonable interaction between the court and client, and which avails the procedure justice and efficiency.
