The choice of judicial reform in China

The judicial reform in China is faced with the four key problems,that is,whether we should centralize or regionalize judicial powers,reform judicature systemically or technically,lay more emphasis on national conditions or on international links,advance judicial reform unitedly or respectively.In view of the historical background and our social system as well as the judicial actuality,the author holds that it is necessary to reform the judicature in a planned gradual and vertical way,with the national programming as the premise and the reform goal being establishing limitedly independent judicial system.
