Translation of Culture-loaded words

This paper is intended to state that culture and Language is interacted. Language is the carrier of culture and culture is the source of language in turn. The cultural in formation in language is embodied by cultural terms. Therefore, in the author's opinion,the approaches to translating the cultural terms are usually as follows:Free translation, Literal translation, Literal translation with annotations and Mechanical apply of the translation's idoms.
