Reflections on the Establishment of the Ability Salary System for Enterprise Managers’Ability
This paper designs a set of salary plans for human resources of enterprises,the content of which includes managers' appraisal index system, the qualification appraisal system and examination system and so on. At last, quantified survey is made on the relationship of these index systems.
