Educational informationization and its performance evaluation

It's a very important way for innovation to put educational informationization into practice.The educational informationization is a complex systematic engineering and performance evaluation of educational informationization is the grounds for the government to make policies and developmental strategies.This paper discusses connotation,developmental phase,basic content and implementation strategy,puts forward the three-dimension evaluating model,establishes the comprehensive index system of educational informationization and uses the gray theory method to evaluate educational informationization in an all-round way.
