On the implementation of the strategic way of making the country powerful by talents and analysis of the feedback base model

The paper introduces the various challenges brought forth to the Chinese talent work by the economic globalization and expounds the strategy of making the country by talents that China puts forward under the situation of the global increased competition for talents.Particularly,we use the feedback base model of the studying type organization theory to analyse the influence of two basic approaches——introducing talents and developing talents within the system——on the strategic way of making the country powerful by talents and put forward some suggestions about developing talents within the system.
