The new tendency of the enterprises’ideological and political work

The ideological and political work is the product of planning economy. It mainly serves the national policy in that time. As the alternative to the planning economy, the marketing economy has changed the enterprise managing system. Meanwhile, the top managers paid less and less attention to the ideological and political work because of their stereotype about its previous function and sermon methods. With the development of cultural management and the development of the human resources, as well as the instability of the enterprises' surviving environment, the ideological and political workers begin to play more and more important role in predicting and analyzing the trends of the developing policy environment. Hence, the author suggests that the top managers should pay more attention to the managerial function of the ideological and political work, and the ideological and political workers should adjust their work goal and content, improve their work skills so as to keep up with the development of the society.
