Review on the Legal System of General Aviation in China

There exist a great many of opportunities and challenges in Chinese general aviation as Chinese economy develops steadily and rapidly.In order to promote the development of general aviation healthily and orderly,the legal system of general aviation needs to be improved urgently,and the structure and the legal status of general aviation should be clearly redefined in accordance with the international laws.Through modifying the legal system of general aviation,the legal environment of general aviation will be improved.
