Realizing“Five Combinations”and Creating the Features of Metal Processing Specialty Practice in NIAT

This paper expounds that the Ganjiang Mechanical Factory,as the base of teaching practice of NIAT,insists on combination of working on workpieces with products,traditional process with advanced technology,multi-level practice with strengthened ability practice,skill training with innovative practice and practice teaching with moral teaching which has trained a large unmber of compound personnels and receives good praise.
