Comment on the Restrictive System of Our Right of Public Prosecution

In order to prevent the abuse of right of public prosecution, our country has established the system of coordinating cases by political and legal committee, the system of supervising cases by people's representative congress, the system of people's supervisors and the internal supervision system of procuratorial organs. But restriction is characterized by arbitrariness, single way, onesidedness, localization and participation of power so that the restriction of public prosecution right is developed into interference. So it should be perfected.
