On the Behaviour System of the College Image

From the organizational layout and management of the college teaching and scientific research and the cultural activities on the campus, this paper expounds the behaviuor system of the college image and puts forward the idea that the colleges and universities should create the dynamic image through the reasonable organizational structure and system and unique cultural activities in order to participate in competition and seek development.
