Deepening Reform and Refining the Innovative Characters of the Physical Education and Military Education at Universities

This paper demonstrates the new construction of how to deepen the reform on the physical education and military education at universities,and reports the newest fruits on practices.By presenting the possibility and necessarity of developing special item teaching method in physical education and introducing the"training by yourself"teaching method and the multi-media method into military education,this paper illuminates the position and efficiency of both physical and military education on fostering the characteristic person with the ability of creativity.
