Integration Mechanism and Bidirectional Empowerment Paths Between the Low-altitude Economy and the Cultural Tourism Industry From the Perspective of Value Chain Restructuring
-
Abstract
The value chain theory provided a theoretical foundation for analyzing the integration mechanism between the low-altitude economy and the cultural-tourism industry. However, systematic answers were still needed regarding how to realize their effective integration in practice. To this end, a “double-chain and four-node” analytical framework is constructed based on the theory. It analyzed the whole-chain integration paths of the low-altitude economy and the cultural-tourism industry from four dimensions: resource integration, product co-creation, service integration, and co-creation and sharing, and explored their internal logic and external driving factors. The research revealed that the two sectors formed an internal logic of functional complementarity and value co-creation in the integration process, which was driven by multiple factors including policy guidance, technological progress and market demand. Meanwhile, they faced dilemmas such as the disconnection between facility supply and cultural-tourism demands, as well as the supply-demand mismatch between R&D and manufacturing and product planning. In response to the above-mentioned problems, this study put forward promotion paths including strengthening the connection between facilities and resources and establishing mechanisms for collaborative innovation and supply-demand matching, so as to offer references for the in-depth integration of low-altitude cultural-tourism.
