Abstract
With the popularization of environmental protection awareness and the promotion of sustainable development, Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) has become a crucial component of business administration. This research focuses on Jiangxi Province’s enterprises to investigate the key factors influencing the implementation of GHRM in businesses. By utilizing questionnaire surveys and conducting statistical analysis software, factor analysis was employed to analyze 17 influencing factors, revealing the impact of three main factors, macro environment, power influence, and business operating environment on the implementation of GHRM in enterprises. The findings indicate that these factors interact with each other and play a pivotal role in determining the adoption of green HR policies and procedures. The outcomes provide theoretical and practical guidance for enterprises in Jiangxi and other economically developing regions to implement GHRM, foster a accordant relationship with the environment, and highlight specific directions for actions on the path to sustainable development.
