Cultivation Path of Talents in Police Colleges in the Context of Comprehensively Governing the Country by Law

Abstract
At present, the domestic and international environment is becoming increasingly complex, and various risks and deep-rooted contradictions are intertwined, which brings unprecedented challenges to the personnel training of police colleges, and the importance of comprehensively governing the country by law becomes more and more prominent. Police colleges in China attach great importance to the cultivation of compound talents, seek the cooperation of diversified subjects and adopt the teaching method of information technology, which has formed a relatively rich training mode of police colleges. Reviewing the effectiveness of the rule of law education, there are some problems that need to be solved, such as the education on the concept of rule of law needs to be strengthened, the rule of law curriculum system needs to be improved, the quality of teachers needs to be improved, and the cooperation and sharing mechanism needs to be optimized. In view of this, the personnel training of police colleges should optimize the educational resources, attach importance to the thinking of rule of law, strengthen external cooperation, and implement the democratic rule of law.
