Abstract
The aviation science and technology think tank is the key support for the rapid development of the aviation industry, which provides the best theory and methods for the development and decision-making of the aviation industry. Based on the application of harmonious management theory, the paper reveals the micro coupling mechanism of “dynamic and variable evolution” and “control of design optimization” in the construction of aviation science and technology think tanks in colleges and universities. Through the questionnaire survey of five aviation colleges and universities, the influencing factors of the construction of aviation science and technology think tanks in colleges and universities can be summarized by using factor principal component method. The research results show that aviation connotation, aviation culture, aviation service and aviation integration are the main factors affecting the formation of aviation science and technology think tanks in universities. The construction of aviation science and technology think tanks in universities should follow the path of unbalanced development of the main aviation disciplines, dynamic training of aviation science and technology talents, interactive coupling of industry-university integration and aviation culture gene transmission.
