Therefore, in order to improve the decision-making level of PPP pension project investment, it was necessary to improve the laws and regulations related to the PPP pension service, improving the leading role of the government in the financing system of the PPP pension project, and built a reasonable investment return mechanism for the PPP pension project and increased the support for the PPP pension project.
