Relying on the Strategy of Rural Revitalization to Strengthen the Construction of Village Cadres’ Four Virtues Path Analysis

“Implementing the strategy of rural revitalization is an important decision-making plan made by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party, winning a great historical task of building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a socialist modernized country in an all-round way, a master of the work of‘agriculture, countryside and farmers’ in the new era.” The Fifth Plenary Session once again emphasized: “Improve farmers’ scientific and cultural quality, and promote the revitalization of rural talents.” As the talents in the village, cadres need to strengthen their ideological and moral construction, so that they can become cadres with both political integrity and ability, so that they can undertake the important task of rural revitalization. The Communist Party of China pays special attention to the ideological and moral construction of Party members and cadres from the beginning of Party building. Ideological Party building is a fine tradition that our Party has maintained up to now. However, under the background of rural revitalization, it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis to strengthen the ideological and moral construction of village cadres, and to find out the scientific law of Ideological and moral construction and the path of “four virtues” construction that is suitable for rural revitalization.
