Approaches to Improve Quality of Talent Training in Colleges and Universities From the Perspective of Connotative DevelopmentTaking Nanchang Hangkong University as An Example

  • Against the backdrop of the “Double Ten-thousand Plan” for the construction of first-class undergraduate majors and curriculum, the problems faced by Nanchang Hangkong University in terms of talent training mechanism, professional curriculum construction and teaching management are increasing. Guided by the “Double Ten-thousand Plan”, with “strengthening moral education and cultivating people” as the fundamental task of talent training, Nanchang Hangkong University proposes a series of reform plans from three perspectives, i.e. individuals, collective and universities. Including optimizing the talent training plan, promoting the connotative construction of majors, accurately supporting the superior majors and perfecting the quality assurance system, these reform plans are of certain significance to facilitate the connotative development of education and teaching and improve the quality of talent training.
