Online learning behavior modeling is an important part of accurately depicting portraits of online learners, and is an urgent problem to be solved in the design of intelligent learning systems of e-government course. However, the existing research models cannot systematically solve the relationship between online learning behavior and computing action and its attribute relationships interact. The study integrates the triple attribute acquisition of availability opportunities, individual technical capabilities, and social network isolation in the intersection of information exchange and computing action into the online learning behavior model to explore the influencing factors of behavioral relationships from the perspective of relationship attributes, and the online learning behavior modeling method for the interaction of relationship attributes such as availability opportunities, individual technical capabilities, and social network isolation.
