Construction of the Dynamic Mechanism of University Cadres’ Entrepreneurship Under the Condition of Purifying the Inner-Party Political Ecology

Purifying the political ecology within the party is a solid foundation for comprehensively and strictly administering the party in the new era. At present, the construction of Inner-Party Political Ecology is facing with practical problems that can not be ignored, and it needs to be cleaned up in an all-round way. In this context, the urgent task for colleges and universities to adapt to the requirements of the new era, implement the fundamental task of moral education and promote the healthy development of colleges and universities is to actively construct the entrepreneurial power mechanism of university cadres and officials. Through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the current cadre motivation mechanism in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the feasible construction path of cadre motivation mechanism from three aspects of internal promotion, external guarantee and supervision and accountability.
