Abstract
The era of “all things are connected” and “all things are media” are approaching gradually. Characterized by the equality of participants, the rapidity of information communication, the flattening of communication subjects and the diversification of communication media, all-media “blends” and “overlaps” with the randomness, rapid spread, coupling complexity and influence universality of public opinion information in acute epidemic networks, causing that the so called “network aborigines” college students show the two-way swing of “rationality” and “Irrationality” in cognation, the two pole dissociation of “peace” and “imbalance” in emotion. Their will are dually differentiated between “tenacity” and “fragility”, and behaviors alter between “enrichment” and “alienation”. In view of this, it is necessary for us to improve the guiding power of internet public opinions and change according to different situations. Enhancing the control power and explanatory power of them, we should also move forward and be new according to the times. Boosting our power in explanatory of development trends, and constantly creating new situations for online public opinion publicity and education are of great importance.
