Characteristics, Patterns and Attributions of Anomie of Education Service IndustryBasing on the Insight Into Language Training Services

  • The anomie of education service industry has the characteristics of shielding of “cooperation and tacit agreement”, propagation of “acquisition and reinforcement” and damage of “domino effect”. According to different market behavior subjects, the patterns of industry anomie are divided into industry anomie caused by high “halo effect” of large enterprises and industry anomie caused by low “threshold cost” of small and medium-sized enterprises. The attributions of industry anomie come down to: industry access and exit mechanism, industry service quality supervision system, industry self-discipline, etc. It is necessary to take corresponding countermeasures against the results of attribution analysis, starting from the practitioners, self-discipline of the industry and government supervision, so as to realize the standardized development of the industry.
