Reform and Practice of E-Government Teaching Mode Based on SECI Model

  • As the core course of MPA education, “e-government” course focuses on how to let students with different work experience transform theoretical knowledge into practical ability through course learning. The teaching based on SECI model designs and reforms the mode of “e-government” course, and forms the BAs of learning perception, explicit interaction, shared system and application practice through the design of multi-stage teaching activities. On this basis, establishes the closed-loop of curriculum teaching information flow through multi-dimensional learning evaluation, constructs the teaching mode of “e-government” based on SECI model, promotes the socialization of students’ tacit knowledge, enhances the explicit deduction of tacit knowledge, promotes the combination of explicit knowledge and improves students’ awareness of knowledge sharing.
