Evolutionary Game Analysis and Strategy Research in the Process of On-the-job Graduate Education

With the rapid growth of the scale of on-the-job graduate students, the quality of their training has aroused widespread concern in universities and society. based on the assumption of limited rationality, this paper constructs a three-way evolutionary game model for on-the-job graduate students, tutors and colleges, the equilibrium point of the replication dynamic equation is discussed, and the asymptotic stability of the model is analyzed, according to the strategy of stable evolution, some policy suggestions on on-the-job postgraduate training are put forward.
