Abstract
Employees’ suggestions are essential to the development of the enterprise, and it has become an inevitable trend of the management strategy, that managers incent the enthusiasm of the subordinates to offer advices, and encourage in-depth communication between the company and employees. Based on the hypothesis of incomplete information circulation within the enterprise, a model was established using evolutionary game method and verified by numerical simulation. The dynamic process of unilateral speech decision-making of grass-roots employees was analyzed to provide practical guidance for the system design of promoting speech. The result shows that the evolutionarily stable strategy is influenced multiple factors such as the initial proportion and the cost-benefit of the employees making suggestions, which suggests that the managers should bring in new personnel willing to offer advices and break the deadlock, and adopt measures to save costs and improve benefits for these employees if possible.
