Empirical Research on Job Burnout of Higher Vocational College Teachers From Positive Psychological Quality

  • Since teachers’ job burnout has a direct effect on teaching quality, the influencing factors of teachers’ job burnout is of great significance. With 252 teachers from two higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi province as samples, in view of positive psychological quality, used of SPSS for independent sample test, single factor ANOVA test and correlation analysis. It is concluded that: teachers with different gender, age, marital status, teaching age, position, title and highest educational background have significant differences in job burnout and its three dimensions; Positive psychological quality and job burnout show significant negative correlation; Improving positive psychological quality can effectively alleviate or even eliminate job burnout.
