Research on the Model of Precise Poverty Alleviation Based on the Inheritance of Rural Culture

Poverty alleviation is the basal measure to eliminate poverty in the poor areas in China. Poverty alleviation has been promoted to the new stage: precise poverty alleviation in 21^st century. Construction of rural culture and economy are the role problem in rural problem, which can inosculate during the precise poverty alleviation. The rural culture can become the power to drive economic construction and develop new economic model with the rural culture characters. Then inheritance of rural culture and poverty alleviation could be all-win. Based on this, the theme study on the new model of precise poverty alleviation with rural culture characters. The new model emphasizes the role problems, such as rural residents as the subject of the rural construction, education and co-construction and sharing. All are significative and instructional to the precise poverty alleviation.
